Naseem blogs The Black Iris and has just posted #2000.
Why is he a remarkable blogger?
He is an incredible leader of quite an eclectic tribe.
At 25, he has changed the status quo.
He challenges many things out of a little country going thru very confusing times.
He inspires the anonymous, he inspires a King, and he inspires many a wandering soul.
The tribe Naseem leads is looking for something.
We don't agree on everything at all. That's a great thing.
One absolute that we do agree on though is that we all want and believe in this journey.
I wait for his lead because I respect his voice. I am in awe of how he crafts his words. I am curious about what makes him tick. I am moved to action by how he views this world of ours.
I know I can find a place among this tribe to be the unedited me.
The Black Iris empowers me to contribute.
I am intrigued by the other tribe members who brave unchartered waters. They strengthen my faith.
What an honor it is to be part of The Black Iris tribe.
Naseem, thank you for leading us.

Bos, shoof, ya Nas bi3amlay!
Nadine, you keep him from spiraling into cynicism and he'll go WAY far.
He is one blogger I would go to a protest on behalf of. Nobody ever better mess with him.
I'm saving his comments on my blog to sell on EBay when he is famous.
I bet he is blushing now. No, no, he is rolling his eyes.
Beautiful written Nadine. I totally agree with you. Nas has managed to maintain the best blog in Jordan. I admire the black iris.
ditto!
i love the new definition for 'tribe' you seem to be advancing in ur recent posts ... hope it catches on!
@Anonymous - you don't have to agree at all of course, but please don't get personal. If you're itching to bash someone, you can do so with me, since this is my place and I'm OK with that. But I'm not cool with you bashing other people on this blog, things get ugly and that's not necessary. Thank you.

Thank you for your version of democracy. (I deleted this hateful sentence)
You are such an Arab. You don't tolerate other views. You don't accept criticism. You don't even allow it to EXIST
Pathetic
..................
@Anonymous - What is pathetic is ur attitude IMHO. If your version of democracy is insulting someone on a third party's turf by simply getting personal and abusive without even bothering to contribute another point of view, that is in fact sad.
The world does not need more bullshit shoveled around. You want to crap around - do it on ur own blog, please.
Here's my thing....
1. This is my blog. My democracy. My dictatorship. Call it what you want. My rules. Tough love!
2. Personal bashing anonymously is plain stupid and more than a little bit cowardly. I LOL at that!!
3. If you had any real point of view or convincing or even alternative opinion, and if you want anyone to give a shit about your thoughts, then you would've shared an argument, even if harsh and in opposition. Instead you decided to get insulting. Genius approach!
4. I am not God to allow anything to exist or not. Things simply do. How you choose to use what exists is up to you. I do have a good rapport with God though (turns out He likes to chat faith - something alien to the likes of you perhaps), so be nice to me and I'll put in a good word if you like.
Otherwise, go ahead, keep spewing your uselessness about, no one cares. No one will listen. You will never impact anything this way. You won't even be able to ever make yourself happy in anything you do.
Disagreement is an absolute necessity if we are to move forward. But the rhetoric. The syntax. The semantics. All are very important and vital if you have anything to say and you want people to listen or change their minds.
Thanks for the exercise!
Hi there, I don't want to be bundled up with the other Anonymous, I just have few questions:
Can you care to enlighten us, why are you doing this?
Have you considered that you might have this all wrong with your assessment?
Did you stop to think that you only have half the story and that in fact, what other people are saying is correct because they have longer history with the subject?
Would you care to explain to us what are the achievements of Mr Nas that are off the charts and out of this world?
Can you also mention briefly anything Nas has done to the Jordanian Internet?
Can you say without any reservation whether or not Mr Nas is associated with the GID?
Finally, do you have any romantic feelings that might obscure your true judgment on this matter?
Posting as Anonymous so that my good friend Nas doesn't think I'm fishing in murky waters and end up banning me from 7iber
Anonymous said, yet again:
What a hypocrite
All of this for someone who disagreed with your view of god's gift to earth mr Naseem Trawneh? WHAT hateful words have I said? Other than the truth?
hypocrites like you are ruining it for everyone,
(deleted hatred spew, again)
Enjoy your Pathetic excuse for a life. You'll never get anywhere with that
....................
Like I said, you cannot get personal on my turf!
Hello Mish Anonymous.
Can you care to enlighten us, why are you doing this?
Doing what? Blogging? Voicing my opinion about another blog and blogger I appreciate? Because I feel like it! And because I promised myself that I would share things that make me feel good, in addition to the stuff that frustrates me. It's what I want to do.
Have you considered that you might have this all wrong with your assessment?
My assessment is correct for me. You and others are entitled to your own point of view however different or opposing you chose it to be. Go ahead, blog your opinion, I'd love to read it.
Did you stop to think that you only have half the story and that in fact, what other people are saying is correct because they have longer history with the subject?
Way to cryptic for me. Like I said, it's my point of view. Others are entitled to their own.
Would you care to explain to us what are the achievements of Mr Nas that are off the charts and out of this world?
I don't do charts. Not sure how/what you want to measure. Like I said, The Black Iris is a place of dialog. That's important. There are others. They are important too. More are needed. If you're a blogger, I'm sure your POV is important. If I've visited your blog, I'm sure I've agreed with some and disagreed with some. Either way, contribution is important. This country, this part of the world, needs as much contribution from diverse voices as possible.
Can you also mention briefly anything Nas has done to the Jordanian Internet?
Yikes, to the Jordanian Internet? Big question, which I'm not sure I know what it means.
What I do think he's done is contribute to an alternative point of view from Jordan on the Internet.
Can you say without any reservation whether or not Mr Nas is associated with the GID?
Huh?
I think somewhere on his blog I read they had tea over some words.
Finally, do you have any romantic feelings that might obscure your true judgment on this matter?
Romantic feelings about life? About Jordan? About change? About what I want to leave behind? You bet I do. It's called love!
Thanks for the interview Mish Anonymous :)
lol this has been some of the best 10 minutes of reading i've spent in a while. thank you from the bottom of my heart ya nadine, your dose of optimism has kept me at bay in recent months.
thanks kinzi, and i hope no one will ever have to protest in the name of blogger-freedom!
thanks observer, especially for your own blog which has managed to tackle things i myself some times hesitate to cover.
